Linda Maria Baros is member of the Mallarmé Academy and winner of the prestigious Apollinaire Prize, she now defends the cause as general secretary of the jury. She has published six collections of poetry, including The Book of Signs and Shadows (2004), The House Made of Razor Blades (2006, reprinted in 2008), Highway A4 and Other Poems (2009) and The Boneless Swimmer (2015). Her poems were translated and published in 29 countries. In parallel, she has written two plays, as well as two literary studies, and translated over thirty books. Linda Maria Baros holds a PhD in Comparative Literature from the Sorbonne University. In Paris, where she lives, she is general secretary of the Comparative Literature College, director of the French-English Poetry Festival and editor in chief of the poetry review La Traductière.
